So I have a confession to make.... At times I will take a hiatus from the news. I know that sounds irresponsible. When the news is dark or cluttered with bs (which it often is) I have found that I tend to carry it... heavy on my mind and in my heart... So I give myself a vaca in an attempt to not let the worries of the world consume me. Last night I reluctantly told myself it was time to get back in there and see whats going on in the world. So I trudged through the depressing headlines like a good, educated American... I read about Syria and ISIS... Dabbled in the NFL drama... Checked out that news reporter who dropped the F bomb on air... And even checked up on this whole ticket to Mars thing (actually that one Ive been following even during my hiatus). Most of the news had me dreaming of my next hiatus.
