She asks me a question in broken English and I respond in more broken Italian. 15 seconds later I have a ville of antibiotic drops. Total time 1 minute, total cost €7 . No doctor visit, no co-pay, no waiting on the phone to have the nurse tell me there are no appointments. Bam! Done! Love it!!
