So..I have abit of a dilemma and I need some advice from fellow animal lovers cause I dont know what decision I should take. I have a 15 year old female that has been diagnosed with a tumour. The cat looks fine in the sense that she eats regularly, still playful, cuddly with no problems whatsoever so far. I have the option to have her tumour removed but there is a 50% chance that she might not survive it due to her old age. Also once the tumour is removed, there is no garantee that it wont show up again or wont spread. On the other hand I am dubious not to operate since even though she is fine, I believe that in the future she might start to show effects of her condition and dont want her to see her deteriorate and suffer. Can anybody give me some good advice what is the best thing to do for her ? Thanks alot in advance to whoever might post a suggestion.
