So I have been quiet for a while as I have sat back and watched the ping pong match continue - as accusations go back and forth... But I think ultimately what IS clear is that, regardless of whether one or the other was right or wrong, the leadership needs to stand up and acknowledge that an issue exists and that they are doing everything in their power to be transparent. That would tell me that you know what you are doing. All these accusations just tell me you have something to hide or there would be no need to be defensive! I call on all leaders to acknowledge your faults. It is in that vulnerability that we begin to respect your leadership as then you are being honest with us.
