So I have been smoke free for 24 hours now! I have decided that it is time to quite smoking and I reached this choice after many of my friends and family have reached out to me and expressed there concerns for m y health. I also came to this choice by myself for myself. I am not going to lye these past 24 hours have been extremely hard on me and I know the next few weeks are going to be hard on me, but I am only going to do this one day at a time! I have been smoking for over 10 years now and I am tried of having something control how I feel and being a slave to this addiction is not for me not anymore! I know god left me here for a reason and I want know I was given more second chances at life then most and it is time I start living my life to do the good I know I am suppose to do! I may have my slips along the way I am not perfect and never claimed to be, however I know with my support system holding me up I can do anything!
