So I have been thinking maybe changing the venue can open up pros : we wouldnt have to pay for a permit and generators and we would be able to spin fire there the cons: rental of private property would cost money to the owner/electricity 1. Should we change the venue? 2.What events or fund raisers should we do to raise the money for tents,sound equipment and permits (should we stay at a local park)? 3.Does anyone know or have private property we can have about 300 people close to Akron we want to keep it in Akron or somewhat close to Akron? 4. Should we charge for the event (would have to if fund raising wont happen)? this is a community event I am letting all financial costs and information be transparent so you know where the money is going please participate in commenting on what your answers or thoughts are on the situation!
