So I have been wanting to cut the cable cord so to speak for a little while now. Been looking into alternative solutions to TV. I have Google TV connected to my football room already. It works ok but not enough for the main TV. We have access to Netflix but wanted other alternatives. Anyone out there done this yet? I found a connector for the iPad to HDMI for $35 and with free shows on each channels respective website and sites like couchtuner.me I think it could be a fairly easy transition. Any other ideas out there or cheaper ideas to cut the cord that worked for you?
