So I have finished the preparation day of my 7 day raw food detox. The prep day has been about coming onto a wholefoods vegan diet, which for me is similar to my usual diet anyway. Meals today were: Breakfast: banana, raw rice protein, nibs, Spirulina & peanut smoothie Lunch: 2 bowls of veg & lentil soup Supper (purchased from infinityfoods my local health food store in brighton as I was out and about this evening) sprouted hummus & flax crackers and chia pudding. I did have a few little raw chocolate snacks throughout the day alongside herbal teas and water too as I was making low glycemic raw chocolate for a couple of customer orders but nothing too excessive and it was my preparation day !
