So I have jumped off the deep end and am organising a Halloween Party in order to raise funds. Harare SPCA is struggling hugely financially and needs to raise a large sum of money to pay off all our debts in order to move forward and help more animals. I have the loveliest venue and a DJ that will have us all dancing the night away... what I need now is help sourcing a few things: a huge dancefloor a stage cocktail tables and chairs Halloween themed table decorations sweets for children trick or treating portable toilets We are also looking for people to run food stands. If you can recommend anyone please let me know. Obviously as we are a charity in debt we are hoping that there are companies who would be able to donate these things or sponsor the hiring or buying...
