So I have my first baby, (Madison Renee), on the way any day now and Im excited for the pending release of the new Playstation 4! I really would like to be able to support my daughters every waking need and my want for the newest gaming entertainment system...but its not fiscally responsible of me right now. I have to swallow the wants in my life and take care of the needs. WAIT A MINUTE! I can just extend my borrowing authority, go into even more ridiculous debt, throw out the idea of a balanced checkbook and just splurge on both...hell, I can get two PS4s! Ill just make the people pay for my baby and my games! Way to go Washington, FAIL. (Im glad federal workers can go back and earn a paycheck and support their families, but otherwise Congress and the President did nothing at all for the past two weeks without the first threat of them losing any money or sleep over it. They basically took two weeks to decide that they would sit down today and talk about it again, although that had to be agreed upon.) Sorry if this rubs anyone the wrong way, I just dont understand why I have to watch my spending, be forced to do things I dont agree with, and so on, when they dont.
