So I have situation. I have a family that trains with me that never seems to be able to pay their bill. Kids are sweet and I love having them but the parents dont seem care about paying what they owe. Its not the kids fault and they actually work hard in class. The outstanding balance is very very high. This has been going on off and on since they enrolled. I feel like my kindness is fully being taken advantage of and our service definitely isnt being respected. Suggestions?
