So I have to say that measuring your progress on a diet sucks when your schedule is as effed up as mine. The best time of day to weigh yourself is in the morning, after you get up (and pee of course lol). However, I dont really have a morning!! I sleep off & on all day around my work & kid schedule...an hour here, two hours there, no real full night sleep. Its very aggravating!! So Im basically going by the fact that my jeans are sagging...thats as good a sign as any, right!!! Now if I could remember to weigh myself on Thursday mornings, the one day I get a decent amount of sleep, I might get a real result!!
