So I heard from Joe on Thursday and we had some nice long conversations it is always good to talk to him. He was in Houston and the truck was being repaired. Today in talking to him he is on his way to Chicago. But tonight he says I am grateful for having a loving parent like you. He touches my heart and it is hard not to be a smothering Mom. I am still working on that actively for 5 years now...lol. I am really proud of him and how far he has come. I still worry that he is okay and if he is cold at night and eats well.
