So I honestly taught that its women that hurt and feel so much pain , I assumed guys get hurt and within a few days get over it. But been on this page made me realize a lot , when you truly love someone , then both men and women go through all that pain when its over. I remember the days when I use to cry my lungs out , whenever I was alone n in the bathroom I just cried and cried but you know what after that I felt better , sometimes we should just let everything out instead of bottling it up coz eventually wen that bottle burst you wont be able to handle all that pressure. It took me long to deal with my past and put it behind me and Im a much happy person now n I dont have anymore regrets . I know its so hard for many of youll , but its just part of the process of healing , May Allah help youll deal with the pain and make it easy. Ameen faz
