So I just had a call: hi madam Im (insert name I didnt understand) and Im calling from (insert company I didnt understand). We see by our records your entitled to a PPI claim. Can you confirm the best address for us to send the paperwork too. With all due respect to yourself, if your records show Im entitled to something, and you have called my number in regard to this matter - surely you have the correct address, therefore send it to the one on your system. - erm madam this isnt how our company works, we are cold calling all of the UK as so many people are now entitled to this. Ah ok so you dont know anything about me yet you feel Im entitled to this based on a phone number you have on your system, which incidentally is not in my name either, jog on love, your wasting mine and your time
