So I just had a final check-up at the hospital and the doctor said everything is okay. I can now slowly increase my intake of dairy products, and foods with fibers such as vegetables and certain grain foods are okay for me to eat once more. I still have to stay away from the spicy foods, but thats a matter of not adding sambal when its there so thats easy, although I probably have to stay away from Padang food entirely for now. The flight back to the Netherlands is tomorrow so Im glad everything worked out in time.
