So, I just saw the association is switching over to Instanet. I looked at their solution and its very similar to what we have been building here at King of Condos - Las Vegas. Some of the big differences are the integration we have to the forms from our sites, so sellers can initiate a listing agreement online and buyers can submit a purchase offer online. We enable document management, vendor management, tasks, etc. We also added an accounting component to handle commissions and splits for the broker along with a database of Purchase and Sale forms created with the assistance of our legal team. I am hoping to have our software online in the next 30 days. We are very close. Its similar to what we have at the association minus all of the 3rd party vendors handling the software.
