So I just tried to call Nissan of Reno to schedule service for my - TopicsExpress



          

So I just tried to call Nissan of Reno to schedule service for my car. First the service manager tells me they will need my car for a few days I said fine as long as you provide me with a car that will fit three car seats. He then called to set it up with a rental car company. He called back and says its Nissan policy the give you a like car but they can not get me a big enough car because its $20 over there rental limit...um okay...he then tells me I can rent my own car. I told him no that is not how this works and he says well you can bring it in on Saturday and leave it but they don’t have their top techs working on Saturday…I again tell him I have three kids in car seats and what are we suppose to do all day?! His response is we have shuttles. So I tell him I will call him back. I then call Nissan of Puyallup it is where I bought two of my Nissans from plus I have a few friends at that dealership. One of my friends told me to get in touch with corporate. I called corporate talked with a rep we went back and forth a few times. He asked if I could take it to another Nissan dealership. I then told him the closet dealership besides Nissan of Reno is a few hours away so no that wont be an option. He then proceeded to tell me his is pushing this thru as a top priority and a regional representative will be in touch with Nissan of Reno and then with me.
