So I just want to thank everyone for giving me an awesome experience in the united states. I could never have dreamt that everything would turn out as well as it did. I met a lot of new friends, I qualified for champs and I had TONS of fun. There are way too many people out there whom I am thankful to for this opportunity, and I will never forget you or this experience (at least not until I get Alzheimers). I got to try out a lot of new things, meet a lot of very nice people, play a lot of games of both Kaijudo and Duel Masters and I had the most fun-filled week in a very long time. After my experience in the United States (of America) I have to say that it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, even though it felt like one of the security guards wanted to kill me, but actually a just good in general. The Kaijudo community that I finally got to meet with my own eyes has to be the best community Ive ever been a part of, and I do certainly not regret my decision of going to Providence for the last champs. Thanks to all the people that Ive met, thanks to all of you who have been so supporting and kind, thanks to all of you who signed my playmat, thanks to all of you that believed in me, thanks to all of you out there who traded cards with me, sold cards to me and bought cards from me, thanks to all of you who endured my English, thanks to all of you who treated me like an equal, thanks to all of you who wanted to hang out with me, thanks to all of you who wanted to get my signature, thanks to the players and judges for making it a great event, thanks to the guys from R&D for being informative and cool guys, thanks to the people who helped me become a better duelist (especially you Sawyer LeFevre) and finally: THANKS for including me in everything, even though I was a stranger to you. Huge shoutouts to the people who were really supportive: Min Seo, Mohamed Al-Hendy, Yousuf Fallah, Steven Beach, Randall H, Thomas Lamont, Cory Linhares, Vu Nguyen, Patrick Maloney Jr., Carl Reddish, Carl Miciotto, Rob Gruber, Ryan Last, Benjamin Rowe, Tyler Norris, Edward Costello. I want to give some shoutouts to some other really cool people as well, i.e.: Daniel Le, Richard Yan, Christian Mendoza, Corey Gee, Christopher James, Dave Pendergrass, Christian Van Hoose, Chuck Put, Emmy Katt, Karim Soliman, Olivia Raven Zelphia Godin, Kevin Winther, Cathy Boatman, Bryan Starner, Jordon Phelps, Joshua Heeter, Joshua Kruse, Jessica Posey, Braden Woods, Michael Gnitzcavich, Collin Hendrickson, Mark Woodin, PJ McQuirk, Connor Bazil, Brian Sleeper AND MANY MORE. I decided to post my standings from LCQ3 and my draft deck here to keep as memories of the great tournament moments but Ill put most of the rest of the stuff later on my own page. I also to decided to include the weather display here in Umeå,Sweden from two hours ago... Its warmer back in North America. Thanks again guys, this was the best tournament experience Ive ever had. I feel sad that this isnt going to happen again. Those of you whom Ive met are free to add me here on facebook, I wont reject your requests. Feel free to join Kaijudo Sweden if you ever consider coming to Sweden for a tournament since I post everything there. You are of course welcome to come and visit me even if there isnt a tournament going on. Also, feel free to subscribe to my youtube channel: youtube/user/ratmforthewin This youtube page will give you updates of Swedish Kaijudo tournaments, and also maybe some Smash Bros. Melee footage in the future. I took my chance to participate in this tournament, Ive put my heart and soul into Duel Masters since 2005, and there was no way that I would miss my only chance to properly say goodbye to the sequel of Duel Masters. My life feels a bit more empty now that the game is gone, but it will always be there in my heart, and so will you guys in the community. Thanks again for giving me the best international experience Ive ever had! THIS WAS a proper goodbye.
