So I know it was really stupid of me to start smoking again, especially considering I just had a heart attack a little less than 18 months ago. I did quit immediately after, I honestly had no choice & I think in some ways, that lack of choice played into me smoking again. My quit date is December 1st, & I have no intentions of starting again. This time its on my own terms, so I feel confident that I will be more successful. If any of you smoking folks have thought about quitting, but just dont think you can do it on your own---WE can DO IT TOGETHER! Id absolutely love having/being a quit buddy. I promise we do NOT have to be chained to this money-burning, health-sucking, foul-smelling habit anymore! Final countdown--25 hours til I become a quitter once & for all!
