So, I know some of you are dying to know... I have just returned from my check up for the diabetes... And I am very pleased to say... it went very well. I have now been taken off the Metformin, my HbA,C level went from 7.7 in March down to 6.2 this month, to be totally in the normal range, I have to drop 0.3, in other words be 5.9 or lower. Nurse says, as long as I continue to lose weight at a steady rate, the figure should continue to drop. On the point of my weight loss progress... when she weighed me 3 months ago, I was 15 stone 2, when she weighed me today, I was 14 stone 4... so another 2 pound, and I will have lost a stone in 3 months... that is also almost 2 stone since I got here. I know I am always saying it, but I cant thank Denis enough for the continued support and motivation he has given me throughout, and I mean it, wouldnt have got this far without him. Love you so much DJ, thank you. xx
