So I know we preach about mobility and stability all day long in - TopicsExpress

So I know we preach about mobility and stability all day long in here, but within the constraints of an hour class, we dont always find the time to squeeze it in. With that in mind, we suggest that you work on your own either after or before class, but were realistic in knowing that most people either dont set aside the time or know what to do to accomplish what they need to. (Its ok, Im in the not setting aside enough time camp and I basically live in a gym). I think that Yoga is a great solution for most people. However, this is complicated by both time and money for a lot of people. My solution? An app called Yoga Studio. It has beginner, intermediate and advanced classes organized by time and focus. There are sessions as short as 5-15 minutes and as long as an hour. Its $3 and has been tremendously beneficial for me in the last few weeks. Ive been doing 15-30 minutes on my workout days, and 30-60 minutes on my off days. Anyways, I believe its worth a look if youre looking for a program to improve your mobility and/or stability. DISCLAIMER: In no way does an app replace a qualified yoga instructor. If you have the time and/or money, I highly recommend finding a class that works for you. If you dont, and have a decent sense of kinesthetic awareness, this app might be a great solution. DISCLAIMER II: I am not affiliated in any way with Yoga Studio, I just thought Id pass something cool along to our followers/cult members. yogastudioapp/
