So, I made a mistake. I let someone who doesnt matter get to me. Yes, she was a customer of mine, someone I valued highly and was trying to help. Right after she spoke badly on her page about the business Im in, she deleted me as a friend with no reason, warning, nada. I took it very personally and withdrew. Since the nature of what I do is to reach out to people who need my help, I have not been living up to my own business standard because I let this one person get into my head. Thats not fair to my current customers, challengers, or coaches. I try to post positive, uplifting, and helpful things on my page in addition to the most important aspects of my life which are my family, hands down. If you dont like, want, or need positive, please move along. Im not looking for sales. Im looking for people who genuinely want and/or need my support the way I needed it when I started my own health/weight loss journey. I fought hard to get where I am and refuse to let an insecure person drag me backwards. We all need encouragement to get up each day and fight for our dreams. Dont let the negative voices hold you back. There will always be plenty of negativity available. Choose to hear the positive!! #spokenwithlove
