So I made a post not long ago about how inconveniences are really God closing a door to direct you to another door with a blessing. Well, you all know I just published my new website chucksandheels and Im still adjusting and designing but for the most part it is functional for use. When I ordered the domain and site I explained what I needed, a website for business with specific purpose. Well Im not sure if the rep was having a bad day or what went wrong but I wanted the GoDaddy Wordpress option bc it has much more website functionality. The rep sold me the website builder. NOT what I ordered....... I didnt realize that until TODAY. Major inconvenience right? YES!! So I contacted them thru live chat.... Woosah.... that rep wasnt so much as rude but he had the oh well, we dont know everything about our product limitations. WTF! How can you sell a product that you cant easily explain? Anyway... this lead me to call them and I got connected with a man named Allen that was such an angel. He assisted me in getting the information I need to adjust this issue. Not only did he help me out tremendously, he gave me even more info that now has empowered me to offer MORE services to my clients. Expanding my business!! Like I said in the post about inconveniences before, those inconveniences are just blessings in disguise. He was surprised I was so call with this mishap but that was becasue I know everything happens for a reason and in most cases... its not the problem but how you respond that matters. Thanks you Lord for calm and peace.
