So I make a video discussing lactose intolerance statistics around the world and in different ethnic groups and people try to argue that because people in Africa and they themselves as African-Americans are drinking milk all the time that I am wrong. Just because someone does something does not mean it is an ideal thing for them to do from a health perspective. I see more British people smoking than anywhere else I have ever lived so therefore smoking most be perfectly fine for the Brits... I mean they all do it and they seem to be walking around without dying from it. So you try to help people and invariably a few will prove your point about ignorance.
