So, I met a guy on campus today whos aroused by physical means of torture. Heres what happened: Im sitting with my friend after class and his friend comes up and joins us. He then starts talking to us about Jack the Ripper for some reason. As Im about to leave to catch the bus, he asks us this: Guy: Is there anything odd that you like that most people would find weird or frowned upon? Me: Not particularly. Guy: Not many people do, but Im amused by physical torture. Me: (feeling a little nervous) Uh, is it because youre interested in the history of Jack the Ripper? Guy: Yes, but I also like to watch torture, and occasionally like to torture myself. So my friend and I exchanged worried glances and tried to laugh it off jokingly. Then heres what he also said: Guy: The most simple method I used was the three Ss: Scissors, salt, spoon. First, I would cut the victim with the scissors, and then use the spoon to pour salt in the wound to make it burn. After that, I told them I had to leave and I damn near ran to my bus. What an eventful day.
