So, I need a new consensus. I have this chick that has been pestering me for a puppy for weeks. And let me enunciate PESTER!! She wanted one particular puppy, a day or so after it was born, then proceeded to ask me for a new picture of the puppy, every day thereafter. After several days of this, I asked her to please abide by the at least the 4 week old mark and that she would have to wait for the health checks and eye checks to be done and perhaps the co-breeder of the litter would like this puppy. So, she decided that she would take a different puppy, all of a sudden, one that we were not considering keeping and I said, alright......this one is available. We have NOW reached the point to where I would accept a deposit, and, suddenly, this gal wanted the option to be able to breed this puppy, free and clear, even though she told me she only wanted to have the puppy as a pet. She will not agree to sign anything staying co-ownership or any kind of control I might want to make sure this puppy wont be in the hands of a backyard breeder..........however, she has NO trouble with me charging her more money for this puppy if she could have it on full registration, free and clear. So...........
