So I need advice... I have an appointment with a new family practitioner in Springs today. Here is the deal though, I have my Pueblo clinic trained on what meds to give me: five 10mg hydros a day, two 10mg Valium, and one 10mg Lexapro a day. Ive already tried the spinal shots (they were unsuccessful) and Ive got NO intentions to get back surgery. This regimen works. Soooo, would it be inappropriate for me to call this new doctor and bluntly ask if I can expect the raining of pills to continue? Of course I wont put it that way, but I seriously see no point in going if this new guy is going to try to tweak that regimen at all. Either he has to be willing to prescribe me the exact same meds Im already on or I will take my insurance elsewhere.
