So I need some explanation. If you willing drink too much and drive your car into a lightpole, its your fault. But if you willing drink too much and sleep with someone, now you are a victim? I need clarification of the difference. Keep in mind, the answer might just be that we need to start taking personal responsibility for our actions. Period. Just for clarification, Im not talking about being passed out drunk. If you are unconscious, clearly that is rape. Same goes for drugging someone. I think society is moving towards an era where you arent responsible for any of your actions and are able to legally lash out to make yourself feel better.
