So I need to vent...When you request copies of your medical records you expect them to be correct, especially if they have been sent to other facilitys....twice now in less than 6 months I have requested copies of tests ect that have been wrong... the dates have been in error, and I cant be sure if the rest of the info is correct....some info is important and needs to be correct..Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia NH is very lax on making sure these records are correct, I had tests on Feb 20, 2013, and when I got copies of these tests they said Feb 20 2011, WRONG..I called and was told who ever transcribed these made an error...their error was a problem to me...You need to keep on top of everything..If I never asked for copies of these test results I would have never known there were errors........
