So I never gave an update on what I was doing or what happened in - TopicsExpress

So I never gave an update on what I was doing or what happened in New York, or what else has been going on since then. Last year I was compelled to start sharing my concern of the physics of the 3 World Trade Center buildings (not just 2) very openly on Facebook. This year Ive still shared my concerns and hopes but Ive also listened to many others share their concerns. A few weeks ago I overheard this guy and girl in a coffee shop talking first about inner energies and enlightenment then next they started talking about conspiracies, like 9/11. I couldnt help myself. I congratulated them on having real, meaningful discussions and they invited me to join. I felt like preaching to the choir but I explained why I joined Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and inevitably the intrigue turned awkward once (claims of) facts are cited. I was then asked if I thought humanity was going to be destroyed sometime, and I said I think some people may attempt it under misplaced good intentions. Its pretty easy to switch from 9/11 evangelism to Jesus Christ evangelism (no matter what, there is some element of deception in these stories) and explained what he said about our souls (that inner voice that you sometimes control and sometimes it controls you) and the end times. I also explained the popular image of the church and the Christians rightly deceive others, but if others try to find out who Christ was on their own theyd be surprised how much they agree with him. Long story short the woman said I had given her hope and I got the guys phone number and were planning to chat again soon. Truth is funny like that, either people love it or hate it. In New York, where I met up with AE911Truth.org folks and handed out flyers, I chatted with about 6 people throughout the day. 2 guys openly expressed their doubts about 9/11, citing ulterior motives for war, USD-oil link, etc. 2 guys got to trust me enough to take a brochure, 1 young Japanese man in college probably didnt understand what I was saying, and then a middle-age woman came up to me on the sidewalk and asked, Were you there on that day? I said, no, and she said, Then you dont know what youre talking about and walked away. Theres no logical response to that, but you can see the animosity develop between competing theories. I made sure to be very sensitive to others. In fact, I was a little disappointed by the NY activism. There were several truthers who are at the 9/11 Memorial regularly, and they have the black t-shirts, camo jeans, and in-your-face attitude that I cant stand. NYPD and Port Authority Police had to ask them to move, stop blocking the sidewalk, etc. and it was like they wanted the conflict. These police officers? These are the folks who want and need this truth more than anyone else on some tourist trip. Why aggravate the officers? Anyway, Ive been back and I just got many copies of the DVD The Anatomy of a Great Deception which need to be distributed. I think University of Michigan is my next stop. Id love to see engineering students challenge their professors. I think students tend to be more accepting bc their worldview is still forming and professors tend to follow authorized instruction, but maybe Im wrong. Ill keep you posted.
