So I ordered something from RoseGal in August.. I seriously completely forgot about it... I sent them an email to inquire and they told me it could take up to 35 days once it ships and it shipped 10/7/14... I sent another email that wasnt very pleasant.. I really had no idea where it was coming from.. I got this reply- Dear Anna, We would like to thank you for your recent order . We are located in china,so maybe the deleievery time maybe delay.Plase dont worry about that,if you do not recieve the package at last,we will refund for you or resend you a new item.
