So I ran to Walmart at lunch to grab a few things. As I am standing in line the woman in front of me has a two year old in her arms - shorts, long sleeved t-shirt, socks and sandals - with a very thin looking coat. As I was starting to feel sorry for her I noticed her Coach purse (looked new), IPhone 6, heavey leather jacket and to top it off she had a cart full of junk food. Then I had to refrain from slapping the crap out of her....really - get a warm coat and hat on that kid - how about some pants!!! It is cold out there....the one good thing is that glaring at her seem to make her move quicker....so out to the parking lot she went. Since I only had a few things I followed her out. She DIDNT put the coat on the kid but just sort of wrapped it around him. The wind kept blowing the coat off of him. When she go to her car the child is screaming - probably cold - I may turn her in since I have her license plate number.....why are people to stupid??
