So I really wasnt feeling the whole April Fools Day moment today. No cereal swapping boxes or milk in the orange juice container. I thought we could just have a *normal* morning. I was, however, anxious to prepare the kids favorite dinner -- spaghetti and meatballs -- to celebrate Day One of STARRS Testing complete! Well....the joke was on me! My clever little two year old ... decided to tour the pantry and low-and-behold, learned how to open a brand-new box of spaghetti noodles and proceeded to dump them all over the pantry floor -- some landed in the recycling bins, others on top of the trash can -- WHAT A MESS! Needless to say, the joke is on ME! I can now either rearrange our dinner menu for the week or head to the store for more spaghetti noodles! The mess, by the way, may just wait until later in the day --- Oh, how I wish he could clean up as fast as he can destroy! Happy April Fools Day to YOU, my friends!
