So I received the preliminary results of the Neuropsysche evals. and I will receive the full report next week. This is what we found out she is Not on the Autism spectrum, Nor does she have ADHD! (Which her school insisted she had and kept asking us to medicate her for it) So her official diagnosis is a Neurocognitive Disorder due to her Shwachman -Diamond Syndrome. She has severe deficiencies in all aspects of processing ( auditory, visual & motor). She also has issues with executive functioning ( her ability to plan, organize and initiate and complete tasks). I am so thankful to have some answers.
