I waived half of he rent for July. I checked in with her a week ago to ensure she would have her rent money for yesterday. You guessed it. She bailed. Packed her stuff and left the keys. She is now BLOCKED on Facebook and is lucky that I dont have the time and energy to sue her *ss... because thats the most shameful and cowardly thing she could have done to me. I trusted her... to be responsible. Wow.
