So, I sat down to dinner last night when I suddenly felt a pain in my lower right back and down my leg. I could barely stand up. I put heat on it last night but this morning its still weak and in pain (but not as bad as yesterday). Im going to bathe in Buddy Ebsen salts and take it easy today.
