So I saw a pretty well known contractor today putting aluminum coating paint on a flat roof for an elderly couple, one hour before the rain today. As most contractors know... paint needs 24 hours to adhere properly before it rains. People, you need to pay attention to these ignorant contractors who just want your money! I dont like to talk bad about my competitors, but there are a few ignorant ones in Quincy. It is your job to make sure they do the job properly! Just do a little research or ask someone who would know. I feel very bad for the elderly couple who paid this contractor to paint their flat roof to see it more than likely wash away.
