So I spoke with a Ms. Ehren Kuzekov from WIU about the possibilities of traveling abroad to China and the likelihood of me doing so is much closer than I realized. I have to make sure to finish this semester at JWCC to get my associates, and then complete one 12 credit hour semester at the Western Campus, and then I can apply for the study abroad. The good news is she guaranteed me that there will be opportunity available as the demand for Westerners to travel to Asian countries is in great demand, which opens up more scholarships, and it will most likely remain this way for years to come with their growing economy. So as long as I dont mess anything up, keep myself out of trouble, and get everything organized I could easily be in China by Spring 2016. Its been a long time since Ive felt like I had a genuine goal or drive for something, and Im sharing to help give me that extra edge to prove myself and make it happen. Haha.. Cant seem to have any luck finding a good girl here in the US maybe Ill have better luck in Asia.
