So I thought I had someone for my apartment but they fell threw. Looking to get someone in ASAP. with my asking price of $800 plus utilities it shouldnt be a problem. Its a 2 story 2 bedroom 1 and a half bath townhome In largo. Washer dryer, garbage disposal, dish washer, and Hottub included. Here are the short comings. Carpet needs replaced or covered, Im waiting to see if I should or if someone with pets is ok with a few spots, but wouldnt have to worry because we wouldnt hold you responsible for the carpet. I am painting the inside this week. Last tenants had kids. There was some art. Lol But the place has a new AC, new power, new roof, and would make a great first home or apt for a family or a couple roommates. Pets are OK, no smokers. Credit and back ground check plus security deposit and first and Liszt months rent upfront. But could have some ready to move in as early as NOV 1st. Let me know or tag friends who should see this.
