So, I thought I should take a moment to explain whats going on and why we decided to start filling orders from home. Yes, this is going to be a full time gig for Rhiannon (me). I have been in food service for 20+ years. After closing the bakery, I went out to find work at a restaurant that has good food, quality, values, etc. I got a job at Cheddars. Cheddars used to offer gluten free items on their menu, I had eaten there without too much issue. Once I got hired, I checked out the menu and asked about gf because there wasnt anything on the menu. I was informed that they were no longer offering gf items. (this made me sad!) Then, I went into the kitchen! They never ever should have offered gf menu items! There are flour bins for flour and battering of all the fried items right in the center of the prep area. Being the hard headed woman I am and needing to help support the household I was hoping and praying that I would not get affected! Two months into the job and I have had to be off work since Sunday due to extreme vertigo. I refuse to continue being sick so I had to make a quick decision that would help bring money into the house and allow me to do something that I love doing and wont continue to make me sick! My loss is your gain! Help me by placing orders. It seems I am destined to be in your lives!! :-P
