So I tried this veggie burger today and I like it. They also had other versions - like one with aduki beans, one with root veggies, one with just veggies. There are two burgers in packet. I just heated it up on my cast iron griddle. You can us a bi of oil in a pan, or place in your toaster oven or oven. I bought them at Grass Roots (formerly The Health Shoppe) in Morristown, NJ. I really like the selectiom there. When I am up here I like to stop there. (They carry Larry and Luna coconut ice cream, too.)
