So I visited Chloes church today, One Church International in Los Angeles, and the service did indeed start on time though it did end a little later than advertised. Not because I acted a fool, but... because we were all blessed with an impromptu visit from the incomparable Stevie Wonder who sang Falling In Love With Jesus. And as if that wasnt enough... he then pulled out his harmonica and commenced to letting us have it! (Click the link below to see a clip - forgive the shakiness of the camera as I got a little caught up :-) Their pastor, Toure Roberts, didnt preach but there was a guest speaker... Katy Perrys dad. Yes, you read correctly. I forgot his first and last name... but I do remember it was Katy Perrys dad. So, though Chloes church is for the most part new school, it did give me a hint of the old school and I had a great time! Warm atmosphere. Nice people. Now, touch your neighbor and say Sang Stevie!
