While at #TypeAParent conference in Atlanta I was told by another blogger from the midwest- YOU HAVE AN ACCENT! - wheres that from? - interesting question since Ive never been asked this. She was puzzled when I answered- New Jersey and Miami since she was expecting something more exotic I think! So - Ill ask: Is there a Miami accent for those of us who were born in the USA? And if so- do we annoy people when we ask? People from all over the US have accents depending on their region so why does it seem the Latino or Miami accent would be so unique or maybe worse?
