So I wanted some opinions from you guys... I get A LOT of questions online asking about my eating habits, gluten free, dairy free, exercise, weight loss and originally I was going to post a big blog about it, but I am A) not very active on my blog and am thinking about doing away with it entirely and B) my fitness and weight loss are an on going and evolving thing. So a good friend of mine recommended I start a tumblr just dedicated to that. Posting about my eating habits, recipes, progress, thoughts, struggles, exercise, answering questions, offering up any knowledge or advice I can. Im not a professional nutrionist, trainer, dietician, or doctor, nor do I claim to be, just a normal person who like many others had struggled with her weight and health for her entire life and is still working on being a healthier, more fit person. And if what I have to say helps people (and if tracking my shit publicly helps keep ME on track lol) than it might be some thing cool to try. So what you guys think? Would anyone be interested in that? You dont have to be on fumble to read tumble blogs so it wouldnt exclude anyone :-).
