So, I wanted to share with everyone, that for about 2 weeks I wasnt working out and I wasnt eating as good as I could have. I had gained back 4 lbs that I had worked really hard to lose. Well, as you know I started P90X3 on Monday, implemented the nutrition plan and as of today I have already lost 3 of those 4 lbs. Yes, just since Monday. This is what eating healthy food, healthy portions, drinking lots of water, taking in low amounts of sodium and no artificial sugars or sweeteners along with 30 minutes of exercise a day can do. Its a total lifestyle change, but completely worth it. My body already feels better just since starting up again. If you are ready to make that change, but need help, let me know.
