So, I was a little naughty tonight (surprise, surprise!!); and after taking some LOGS out of my own eyes (by Gods grace and discipline), and privately helping 2 fellow ministers (and another carnal christian at best) with their SPECKS. what do you think I bumped into?? I assure you, what came out of them was not heaven. It terrifies me to know that I ALSO rebuff being rebuked. And for the longest time, I was wimpy/weak about correcting others because I did not remember or act on the remainder of Scriptures where Jesus says TWICE (matt. 7:5; Luke 6:42), take plank out of YOUR eyes FIRST, SO YOU CAN THEN HELP YOUR BROTHER with his sawdust/specks in his eyes. The deceiver wants us to IGNORE stuff; HIDE stuff, COVER-up darkness and sin; bury it and pretend its NOT REAL, or NO BIG DEAL So this private written rebuke given to the pastor in a sealed envelope either shared it with the courier, or the courier opened the envelope addressed BY NAME to the pastor with verbal instructions that this is FOR HIS EYES only. I guess he decided to go public. (it was an offering envelope, so maybe they thought I was giving this Shame-based manipulator assistant preacher a Gift. Well, he got a gift. He just didnt like what i heard Spirit saying to write to him). the guy has talent, knows and quotes scriptures like the BEST/Worst T.V. shucksters youll ever hear. (THANK GOD only a SMALL/FEW lambs and sheep are being slaughtered with SPIRITUAL ABUSE just to get the rent/utilities and salaries paid. I PRAY this man gtes ambushed by A-mA-zing GRACE and SEVERE Mercy before his audience gets SMALLER (the lambs go quietly to the slaughter....BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW THEIR GETTING KILLED!! And they DONT LOVE their lives enough; or know the spirit behind the Spirit. Yelling and screaming and using ANGER is NOT convincing to the spirit. But it manipulates powerfully for people to act in their flesh nature. And believe me, I know! Because it TAKES ONE TO KNOW ONE!! I do it too! I get home a few minutes ago after taking in a comedy with my 19 yo AWESOME HEART neighbor guy. but during the movie this Assts pastors punk baby-bully (who NEVER should have been privy to the note; as the msg wasnt given for him; AND I gave the pastor my FULL contact info so he could follow up if he wanted to flog me later bc I am not a wuss anymore); well, the kid was comical, but the MOVIE was BETTER! Glad HE is going to bed now with my wife....HAVE FUN, private! So I looked up Discipline on Biblegateway for myself because I NEED discipline even though I rebuff being rebuked and rebuffed. 44 of 49 verses in NIV speak DIRECTLY to ME; the other 5 to my role as father and dad to my child, and even my loved ones (yes, you are included bc I LOVE YOU, PEOPLE!!) Here are some that really apply to MY core issues (aka LOGS, or PLANKS): Isaiah 26:16 Jeremiah 10:24; 17:23 proverbs 3:11-12; 5:12,23; 10:17; 13:8;12:1 awww, theres 49 verses. look em up yourself and lets be DO-ers of the Word rather than just hear-ers of it on Sundays.
