So I was browsing Netflix and I came across a movie called The Iceman. I was interested immediately. The Iceman (Richard Kuklinski) was a real life contract killer for the New Jersey mafia. I saw an HBO documentary about him on youtube and have probably watched it at least 6 times over the past few years. Michael Shannon plays the Iceman. The cast is pretty solid (Ray Liotta, Wynona Ryder, David Schwimmer). I like Michael Shannon as an actor and this might be his best performance ever. From seeing the Iceman documentary so many times and the interviews, I was stunned at how well Shannon played the part. I cant believe this movie wasnt released in theaters.
