So, I was in a extreme hurry to get to the lumber mill to pick up the wood for the graduation shelter in the back yard... after unloading the barrels from the trailer, re-wiring the trailer, hooking up the trailer and then becoming so hungry I had the shakes (no breakfast or lunch)(and I would never go to Burger King without Lily) that I thought I would grab a quick burger and head to the mill. As I walked out, I noticed an Xtera in the parking lot with 3RD Marine Division (remember the photos from yesterday) Stickers and a Purple Heart License Plate and knew I had to go back in. A quick scan of the very full BK I knew exactly who the Marine was that belonged to the Xtera. Excuse me sir, I do not mean to bother you .. and I passed him the Crucible Challenge Coin we got our Marine when he graduated. It cost me a most incredible hour! ;-) Never pass up an opportunity to talk with and old Salt Dawg Marine and tell them Thank-you!! Semper Fi!!
