So I was just walking home from having a sandwich and a beer and I walked by a place Ive probably walked by 50 times. This time though, I noticed a bunch of computers and MIDI controllers with a few kids in there, so I stopped, turned around and went in. I asked the woman up front what they did there and apparently its a center for troubled youths that teach them things like media, IT, film editing, etc. I picked up a volunteer application and am gonna turn it in tomorrow to volunteer one day a week. If I had had something like that when I was a kid, I would have been so grateful, so I guess its time for me to pay it forward and teach kids what I know. ;)
